We collect the account information you provide, such as your name, email address, profile details, preferences, and content you choose to save in Sparkle Journey. We also process technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
If you choose Continue with Google, Sparkle Journey uses Google only to authenticate your account and receive basic identity information needed for sign-in, such as your name, email address, and profile image when available. Sparkle Journey does not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, or other Google Workspace content for customer use.
We use your information to create and secure your account, provide the Sparkle Journey experience, save your progress and preferences, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, and maintain service reliability and safety.
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, authentication, payments, email delivery, analytics, and other features you choose to use. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, the service, or our legal rights.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including secure HTTPS connections, authenticated access controls, and protected infrastructure for app data and credentials.
We retain account information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for service, security, legal, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations. You may use the account controls available in Sparkle Journey to manage your information and request account deletion.
You may choose not to use Google sign-in and may use another available sign-in method. You can also manage app preferences from Settings.
